Cabin:
Pets must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. Pet carrier dimensions should not exceed 18” x 11” x 11”ins. The combined maximum weight of carrier and pet must not exceed 20 pounds (9kg.) and only one pet is allowed per pet carrier. Accepted both in Cabin and as checked baggage and charged per sector. Only two (2) pets are allowed in the cabin. Pets must be able to fit comfortably in containers.
Hold: Hard shell cages are required for pets being checked.
A maximum of two adult animals of comparable size up to 14 kg each, that are compatible in size and used to cohabiting, may be shipped in the same con- tainer/primary enclosure. Animals over 14 kg must be crated individually.

Maya Island Air allows small, vaccinated, domestic pets with a maximum weight of 15 lbs (7kg.). Carrier/Kennel size determines whether the pet will require a designated shelf/seat in the cabin of the aircraft (charges apply) or be placed under the seat in front of you.
